What do you do for a living?
I own a gym called Elite Health Club, EHP Online – which is an Online Coaching Business and a Health Food business called SWITCH.
How do you split up your training days weekly?
I train 6 days a week and hit each body part twice a week
Favourite body part to train?
Favourite Diet Food?
Angelfish stir fry
Best Cheat Meal?
Other Interests, Hobbies etc?
Running on the beach, Boxing
Future Goals: Short term and long term goals?
Short term goal is to build some mass so that I am as close as possible to my weigh cut off for Classic Physique. It may be short term but I am thinking like 2 years or so. Long term goal is to win a Pro Contest and qualify for the Olympia.
Favourite International and Local athletes?
International are Ronnie, Flex, Heath, Levrone. Local I would say is Naiem Ally, Chris Pillay, Chris Fitzpatrick, Julian Ramdhari.
What motivates you?
Excellence motivates me. When I see someone that excels in something and puts in hard work to do it, I am always inspired.
How do you stay motivated?
I have a strong desire to be the best in anything I love to do. And I will always do whatever it takes to be the best.
What do you believe to be your number one character trait that makes you successful in this sport?
Intelligence. I believe the real measure of intelligence is being able to recognise who is the best at something, who to listen to and who to take advice from. That goes equally for bodybuilding and life.
What encouraging words do you have for up and coming athletes that look up to you?
The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary. If you want to be the best you can be, you have to be able to happily work your ass off, sacrifice and put in the hours and pay for success with blood, sweat and tears.
Famous Quotes you live by?
Let not your will roar when your power can but whisper…
Famous Last Words?
Whatever you want in life, if you want to to be the best you have to be OBSESSED. Obsessed with self education, self growth, and obsessed with reaching your goal. You need to be obsessedwith becoming the best version of yourself. It’s a healthy obsession that will push you out of your comfort zone, and will push you beyond what others thought was possible for your life. Get obsessed with everything you want in your life, because if you don’t, you will spend the rest of your life making EXCUSES about why you did not get the life that you wanted. I always tell people, EXCUSES are TOOLS OF INCONPETENCE used to build MONUMENTS OF NOTHING!
