PCA welcomes former IFBB Pro

Physical Culture Association (PCA) South Africa has welcomed former IFBB Pro bodybuilder, coach and show promoter Hennie Kotze to their ranks.

The H&H Bodybuilding and Fitness Classic will now fall under the PCA in 2018. In a statement on social media Kotze, one of only a few South Africans who attained IFBB Pro status, said that the PCA to him “offered better opportunities and assistance in growing in the industry and business.”

He added that as coach he always prepares his athletes to be in the best shape possible to compete on stage and that it is ultimately the athlete’s decision which federation they choose to compete in.

The PCA was formed in the United Kingdom in 2015 with the objective of putting athletes first and improving the spectator experience at bodybuilding and fitness contests. PCA South Africa will host their first ever development show in Cape Town in March 2018. It is a golden opportunity for newcomers to experience the stage and receive guidance in what they can expect in the competitive arena.
