Juandre wins big at PCA Western Province champs

A rock hard Juandre Nel walked away with the honours at the first ever Physical Culture Association (PCA) Western Province championships held in Durbanville at the weekend.

Juandre won the Junior and the Overall titles at the show and will definitely use the success on stage as momentum for the PCA’s South African championships, scheduled for the 1st of September in Kempton Park.

Paul Prins, a seasoned veteran of the sport, also brought his A-game, winning the Masters division. Other competitors who impressed the PCA judging panel with the exceptional physiques at the weekend were Armand Nel (Men’s Physique up to 1.75m and Overall Physique title) and Chantalle Grove (Ladies Toned Bikini under 1.63m and Overall Bikini title).
