Former Mr. Olympia releases new book

Eight-time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney has released a brand new book.

Titled ‘Fit at Any Age – exercise to stimulate not annihilate’, the book provides exercise and nutritional information for people who are 45 and older.

With over 35 years of experience in the bodybuilding and fitness industry, the 58-year-old Haney provides insight into how to train to become fit and how to follow a sound nutritional plan to accomplish your physique goals when you are older. Readers who purchase the book are also encouraged to join the community free of charge at Haney’s website where they can access the ‘Fit at Any Age’ exercise video and fitness library.

Haney became the first eight-time consecutive bodybuilding champion to win the coveted Mr. Olympia crown. He is currently the joint record holder, along with Ronnie Coleman, for winning the most Mr. Olympia titles. He was also the youngest Mr. Olympia to retire at the age of 31. As fitness icon Haney has worked as a consultant with some of the best supplement companies in the world. In addition to his Mr. Olympia titles, his extensive list of recognitions include awards from the United States Sports Academy and the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB).
