WFF Pro: Rudolf’s rise to the top

The allure of intense training and competition has steered Rudolf Koen to pursue bodybuilding with unyielding fortitude. Starting out as a stringy 69kg weakling, he grew to a rock-solid 96kg in what can only be described as a dramatic transformation.

Now, as a newly crowned World Fitness Federation (WFF) World Champion in the Men’s Extreme Bodybuilding category and the recipient of a coveted WFF Pro Card, the 41-year-old looks towards the future. He aims to win more shows and represent the sport in the only way he knows how – with passion! Muscle Evolution chatted to the Johannesburg-based behemoth about what it takes to become the best.
