South Africans show their mettle at Arnold

South Africa definitely has no shortage of world class physiques, which was evident at the Arnold Classic held in Columbus, Ohio over the weekend.

Karen de Beer secured 10th place in the Women’s Bodyfitness (Figure B) up to 1.59m and 5th place in the Master Women’s Bodyfitness (Figure Short) section, Michelle Alberts achieved 7th in the Women’s Bodyfitness (Figure C) up to 1.63m and 8th in the Master Women’s Bodyfitness (Figure Short) while Anelien Schmulian walked away with 10th in the Women’s Bikini Fitness Class F over 1.70m category. In the Men’s Classic Bodybuilding (Class B) up to 1.80m section Lyle Singh achieved 8th place. Veteran Jabulani Buthelezi took 3rd spot in the Master Men’s Bodybuilding over 50 years open division. Well done!
