Albert le Roux trained balls-to-the-wall to make an impact at this year’s IFBB SA Championships.

The 24-year-old from Randburg only wanted to make it through to the top 6 but when the dust from the battle settled on the stage he was the one who stepped into the winner’s circle as the country’s best IFBB Middleweight. Muscle Evolution caught up with Albert to find out where it all started and what lessons he learned on his way to the top.
