Bodybuilders from all over South Africa will convene at the Kaleideo Auditorium in Kempton Park this weekend to compete in the eleventh edition of the Physical Culture Association’s H&H Bodybuilding and Fitness Classic.
The H&H promises to be bigger, better and bolder this year under the PCA’s banner. Hennie Kotze, H&H show organiser and one of only a few South Africans to attain IFBB Pro Status, has joined the ranks of the rapidly growing PCA South Africa. Kotze’s decision saw him follow in the footsteps of PCA Pro’s Wiehann Mentz (former NABBA/WFF) and Cobus van der Merwe (former IFBB).
The PCA was formed in the United Kingdom in 2015 with the objective of putting athletes first and improving the spectator experience at bodybuilding and fitness competitions.
Who will climb the podium at the H&H this year? Find out by attending the show on Saturday, 7 July at 17:00. Contact Hennie on 079 878 8199 or visit the PCA’s website at www.pcasouthafrica.co.za for additional information.
