That's right, Sunday 17th October this year sees the return of South Africa's most competitive and prestigious money show – the IFBB SA Muscle Evolution Grand Prix. With renovations now complete, the Artscape Opera House in Cape Town's city centre will once again host our flagship event. With Heinrich Vos and Shameen Adams holding the title of Grand Prix Champion in 2007 and 2008, 2010 promises to be a show like no other.
