IBFF Kroonstad Classic Development show

Justin du Rand emerged as Overall winner at the recent Kroonstad Classic Development show hosted by the International Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation in the Free State.

An absolutely shredded Du Rand grabbed top honours in the Men’s Bodybuilding Tall and Juniors U/23 divisions ahead of other athletes before going on to claim the Overall title while the stunning Miss Figure winner Suzaan du Plessis won the Overall title in the female categories. The Best Poser award went to die-hard Corrie Rautenbach who also bagged the Masters Over 50 title.

The battle among the Middleweights was tough but a hard-as-nails Clive Brent captured gold ahead of Dewayne van Jaarsveld (2nd) and Wimpie Botha (3rd).

Congratulations to the IBFF’s organisers and sponsors for an outstanding show and to all the athletes who competed.
