Go full-power beast mode!

Dump your current leg routine and go beast mode – courtesy of former IFBB Pro bodybuilder Branch ‘Quadrasaurus ‘Warren.

Everything I have gotten I have had to bust my ass for it,” said the former Mr. Olympia contender and two-time Arnold Classic winner. His freakiness goes hand-in-hand with his hardcore training style. So, retired competitor or not – give his leg routine a try!
