Dump your current leg routine and go beast mode – courtesy of former IFBB Pro bodybuilder Branch ‘Quadrasaurus ‘Warren.

Leg extensions

3 warm-up sets of 20 reps

Leg extensions

1 set of 20 reps with heavier weight before you do a double dropset of 20, 20, 20 reps

Barbell squat

5 sets of 10 reps

Hack squat

5 sets of 15 reps

Leg press

3 sets of 20 reps

Leg press

1 double dropset of 20, 20, 20 reps

Barbell lunges

3 sets of 10 reps

Lying leg curls

3 sets of 12 reps

Lying leg curls

1 double dropset of 12, 12, 12 reps

Seated leg curls

3 sets of 12 reps

Seated leg curls

1 double dropset of 12, 12, 12 reps

Standing leg curls

3 sets of 10 reps
