Cheating, feeder meals or re-feeds. Call them what you may, if you are a serious competitor, junk food should have no place in your bodybuilding arsenal!
I know most nutrition experts advocate what is known as the 90/10 rule which means you can eat 90% of the time clean and indulge 10% of the time in junk food that is not part of your diet.
I still believe you don’t need cheat meals to gain slabs of muscle. Cheat meals can, in fact, become your worst enemy and derail your bodybuilding goals if you are not careful. Junk food is called junk food for a reason!
